The Dynamic Suspension system ensures fantastic shock absorption that is gentle on knees and hips. A large, blue backlit LCD console walks you through 6 pre-set, 2 user and 2 heart rate controlled programs. With speeds up to 16 kph and power elevation to 12 percent, there's no reason that you can't challenge yourself with variety to keep you motivated.
