12 Week Exercise Plan for With Your Fitness Equipment

We have developed an exercise plan to kick you off and give guidance for achieving great results using Fitness Fusion exercise equipment.  This will give you a framework and ensure you build to a good level of fitness over time.  It is unique to you in that easy, medium and hard sessions will be as you feel.  Remember to warm up with 5 minutes strong walking to start and cool down with some stretches.  All the best in achieving your health and fitness goals.  Click here for the 12 week plan...


Scientific, Expert Exercise Programmes for Weight Loss
Our exercise programmes have been developed by Glenys Forsyth of the University of Otago - School of Physical Education.  Glenys has a Bachelor of Physical Education with 1st Class honours and is currently in the final stages of her PhD where she is looking a "commitment to exercise". 

Glenys has worked as a fitness instructor, in womens gym and as a lecturer and so has a academic and practical understanding of the issues and solutions around exercising for weight loss.

Glenys is our exercise expert and will help keep Fitness Fusion up to date with the leading research and findings in the exercise and weight loss area.
