Fitmate is desktop system that measures your resting metabolic rate, that is, the amount of energy/calories you need to function each day.  With this information and inputting your activity levels and exercise routine, the system can tell you exactly how many calories you personally need to consume each day to achieve your weight management goals.  Fitmate is designed and manufactured by COSMED, an Italian company that supplies medical level pulmonary function equipment to hospitals and health professionals worldwide.

UNIQUE  to Fitness Fusion.  We are proud to be able to offer this amazing weight management tool to our clients.   The test is simple, you just need to sit down for 10 minutes relaxed, and through breathing into the mask, your metabolism is calculated.  Then by entering your activity levels and exercise levels with your desired weight loss (0.5 kgs per week recommended) a daily calorie intake is calculated.
