E520 Fluid Rower Details

This is the premium fluid rower in the range and a rower considered "Best in Test" in the UK Mens Fitness Magazine.  This rowing machine provides smoothness, range of resistance and an on water rowing feeling.  This commercial rowing machine will provide a fantastic rowing experience and the sound of water rythmically moving will enhance the workout and gym environment. 

How it Works

Two chambers are contained within one tank.  The inner passive chamber stores the water and resistance is created by impeller blades churning water in the outer chamber.  You can change the resistance level with the resistance indicator which changes the proportions of water in each chamber.

Why it Works

Water has a unique "cube rule" - this means that to go twice as fast rquires 8 times the effort.
