For those back at work now, getting back into your exercise routine can sometimes be difficult but with a bit of thought and planning, exercising at home is very achievable. Top Tips to Build Exercise into Your Day 1) if you always watch a particular TV programme (e.g. the News, Coronation St) do your workout while watching TV. That way you have enjoyed your entertainment, achieved your exercise goal and have not had to find extra time in the day - easy! 2) if you are really pushed for time, remember that it is scientifically proven that two lots of 15 mins or maybe three lots of 10mins is just as valuable as a 30 minute workout so fit in a quick 15 minutes before work and 15 minutes after work to achieve your goal - easy! 3) decide whether you are a morning or night person and do your exercise when it best suits your body clock. If it's in the morning, have your clothes and shoes at the end of the bed to jump into when you wake up. If it is at night time, give yourself 1 hour to digest dinner then exercise.
